对辩论的感想

从中二开始就懵懵懂懂的参加辩论，说真的对辩论的感情很深很深，从传统式、到国会式、到大专辩论，对辩论的爱从未减少过，因为一直觉得辩论就是辩出真理、以口才说服他人，其实感觉很爽。

中学的时候，觉得一定要为校争光，不可以辜负那些挺我们的老师们。那时候辩论队甚至不被某些老师看好，最后我们却直闯全国赛，斗志力很强。那时候跟我一起辩论的几个小瓜们，最好笑了，那时的辩论是很单纯很开心的，就真的是为了玩玩，为了为校争光而辩论。

上了大学，加辩论的原因其实很简单，就是真的很想念中学辩论的日子。那时候的Freshers’ Fair，看到CSSA的第一个问题就是：“你们有辩论队吗？”

开始接触大专辩论，从参赛者转到协助主办比赛的那一方，看到了辩论爱好者们在英国的努力，非常感动。参加世界大专辩论赛，打败强队，感觉有一点像在告诉全世界，英国辩论队也不是盖的！虽然那时比赛前一个小时胃痛被送进医院打针，但辩论队那时就四个人，我不去就直接被淘汰了，然后我就冲动地从医院跑出来，飞车去辩论。我也不知道我当时是哪来的勇气，可是就是觉得一定不可以辜负队友们的期望。他们远道而来，我怎么可以因为自己要他们和我一起被淘汰呢？然后我就直接冲出医院去辩论，辩论一完又直接跑回医院，幸好当时我们赢了，队友还说我病的时候辩得更好，因为没那么凶，呵呵！

到了大三，课业繁忙，其实真的想转为幕后了的，偶而当当评委、打表演赛，轻轻松松。但是，还是被学弟学妹们说服了，而且自己又心痒痒的，就去当当四辩。其实这场比赛压力很大，不可以让学弟学妹们失望，所以就很努力的准备。挺喜欢当四辩的，最后一个说话的人感觉影响很大。

辩完了之后其实觉得挺有胜面的，台下观众都觉得我们表现很好，甚至评委点评的时候都一直在称赞我们。连迟到只听见点评的同学都觉得好像我们赢了。

不过，输了还是输了，不管观众怎么认为我们应该赢，不管评委事后说觉得我们应该赢的，不管当时是多么的占优势，不管你当时做得多好，输了就是输了。

比赛就是这样，评委就好像神一样，决定着你的命运，掌握着你的未来。已经不是第一次有这样的遭遇，第一次努力接受、第二次哭不出来。。。这次我真的歇斯底里的哭了，不是因为输不起，而是对辩论感到失望。

辩论不是为了辩出真理吗？当评判这么偏袒的时候，理由根本说服不了人的时候，为什么我一定要接受呢？为什么一定要让人掌握着命运呢？我为什么要寻求您的认可呢？

有时候真的会质疑，我为什么辩论？辩了之后真理真的出来了吗？

why didn't you see the car that was coming towards you?

Wow, really fast isn't it?

Tomorrow marks the start of my summer term! which means, after less than 2 months, I will end my first academic year! and then I can go back to Malaysia for summer holiday~

I have to admit that I have been slacking a lot during my easter holiday, no mood and emotionally affected to study. I guess I'm not that good in emotion control after all. Well, after today, yes after today, I'm going to study really really hard for my final exams.. It's less than a month to my final exams. I cannot let my family members down!

Time to move on and face the challenge. Although it's not a new year or any special day, but it's a new life to me! JIA YOU Nicole =D

One month in London

Wow, I'm officially in London for one month already.
One month! Long, isn't it?

I stepped on this foreign land on 26th of September 2009.
I started my independent life here.
No family members,
No best friends,
I started a whole new life here.

London School of Economics,
such a league university in London,
yet, I don't feel secure like in PCGHS,
yet, I don't feel relaxed like in Taylor's,
it's competitive but interesting!

It's a new life!

Friends,
I've met a lot.
Malaysians, Singaporeans, British, Swedish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, even Kazakhstanese..
WOW! All with different culture,
All with different background,
All with lots of interesting stories,
waiting for me to explore!

Places,
I've been to many.
British Museum, Gallery, Covent Garden..
Well, not really that many..
I see different people
I taste different food
I took tonnes of photos...

I've learnt to become independent.
I travel alone
I use public transport
I explore new things

I fell sick
and it's what people here call Freshers' Flu
I had a bad cough
and I totally lost my voice
I haven't even had this before in Malaysia

When I was at home,
I was treated like a princess when I fall sick
Here,
I even walked out and bought mineral water, thermo flask, medicine
ALL BY MYSELF
while coughing non stop
I grew up, didn't I?

Old friends,
found their new friends in their new life.
New friends,
had their own gang of friends.
I actually feel lonely sometimes.

I love this place,
I wanna explore more about this place,
but I miss home too..

Guess what? I think I qualify to be a great mommy~!! hehe..

Firstly, I CAN COOK weiii!!

I cooked dinner for my brother when my parents needed to attend a dinner.. And dad couldn’t stand but eat them before he went to the dinner! hehe..

In the menu………..

Well well well… I admit, they are actually very simple dishes.. but people start from something easy right? then we proceed to something more difficult =D

Okay, now I will share with you the recipe of my family’s best food~ HAINAN CHICKEN RICE, yes in case u don’t know that, I’m a Hainanese =)

First, prepare some water in a pot.

Some vege that look like that..

And Chillis, Cucumber, Cai Xin…

Of course, a chicken.

A Ginger

Garlics and a ginger

Tap them with a knife like that

Then squeeze them into the chicken from its butt. Remember to clean everything inside first!

Squeeze the leg of the chicken inside as well

Season the chicken with salt

Massage the chicken with the salt on it

Here’s the look of the chicken before you cook it.. See the garlics and ginger inside?

Then, put the chicken into the pot of boiled water

Flip the chicken to the other side after 15minutes, then boil for 15 minutes again, then take it out.

Now, to make the Hainan Chicken Rice sambal, first clean the surface of the ginger

And prepare some garlics, remove their skin

Cut some red chillis

Put all of them into a blender

Add some salt

Then blend it! Make them dizzy =)

Pour the chilli into a bowl

Add some chicken soup (take the surface)

Mix it, tada~ it’s done!

Now, to cook the RICE

First, wash the uncooked rice for 3 times, then dry it.

Cut slices of gingers and chop garlics

Fried them with some oil until it become a bit brownish

Then add in the uncooked rice

Fry for a while..

Put those rice into a rice cooker and add suitable amount of chicken soup

Then cook the rice!

And chop the chicken =)

Now, the perfect chicken rice of Pang’s family is done =)

hehe.. I can finally drive now! weeee…

Maybe I can fetch my children to tuition and school in the future.. haha..

I’m really glad to have a bunch of really good friends, who purposely came all the way to Penang to give me a surprise, and celebrate my birthday with me ^^ Thank you guys! I really really appreciate it =)

Jun Hui, Danny and Iee Lee came all the way to Penang one day before my birthday, just to celebrate my birthday with me! I was really happy and grateful!

On 31st July, we went for dinner – SEAFOOD at a restaurant by the beach..

After dinner, we went to my brother’s Bistro, LOOK BISTRO to continue drinking ^^ Guess what I told my mom? “Mummy, I wanna get drunk today” Oh no I can’t believe I was so innocent! I wanted to get a taste of being drunk! AND I WAS FIRST TIME DRINKING SO MUCH!!!!!!!

I guess I’m the only person in the world who will spend her birthday SLEEPING AT HOME WHOLE DAY! haha.. with all her frens looking at her…. ahh..

But they surprised me again.. Lynn a.k.a mummy bought me these cupcakes ^^ The initial plan was she will bump into our karaoke room with these cupcakes to surprise me.. but ahhhhh…. MY FAULT! =P

It was so lovely~ with all the make up and accessories on it! Kawaiiiii desu nehhhh~

The next day, I went to Queensbay with Cynthia and Huan Ching~ My secondary besties who also came all the way back, one from Kedah and one from KL, to celebrate my birthday!

We had lunch at Friday’s~! Luckily they didn’t ask the waiters to make me sing.. hehe..

Welcome to my blog, again =)

If you step to my blog now, I would like to thank you, coz after such long dead silence, you are still concern about me to even click on my page! I'm really grateful about that!

So as you see, I will be saying tata~ to my old blog template.. Remember my little rainbow town?

Yeah, I will be officially 18 soon, grown up a little compared to last year!

Yeah, a little, I admit not that much..

But it shall be time to say bye to my cute (I wouldn't consider it as childish!) rainbow town,

yea, time to grow up...

Few days later, I will be turning 18,

Am I bonded with you anymore?

I used to think that I'm bonded to the group,

I used to think that I found happiness in this boring square from the group,

I used to think that the are all true friends,

I used to think that teasing is just a sign of being true friends,

I used to think that I'm a person that can withstand all the teasing as they are just jokes,

I used to think that they tease me because I won't get angry of them.

But,

Everything has its limit.

Shouldn't friends be reminding you about your embarrassment instead of laughing behind and discussing with other people?

Shouldn't friends tell you your embarrassments privately so that you will change instead of telling it out loud?

I'm tired.

It's not my fault to be like that.

What can I do?

Go change it?

Impossible.

Then how?........

Day by day,

I couldn't find happiness in that group anymore.

I couldn't find that feeling when I first joined them anymore.

I went there with anticipation and joy always,

but I always leave with disappointment and sadness.

Maybe good friends will always pass through hard times?

But why me?

Why am I the only one feeling disappointed when all of you are laughing so happily at me and you all didn't know that I'm not happy with that?

What's so funny about that?

It's nature! I'm a girl, an ordinary girl, a sensitive girl just like any other girls!

Happy Chinese New Year everyone! Sorry for updating so late coz I was really really busy after my CNY holiday. Busy with homeworks and CNY celebration for International Students in Taylor's. I was the MC for that! Hehe.. will blog about it in my next post! =)

Wore a colourful dress from Kitschen (a nice shop in Sunway).. Love this dress a lot!

Uncle Chong from Penang and another Uncle Chong from KL came to visit us and daddy cooked chicken rice for them~! So happy to meet their children as we played with each other since we were small!

When I was in Gurney, Lynn suddenly messaged me and asked me to go to her open house! So I went there after dinner. Her house was huge and beautiful~ She treated me Salmon and Rum Cake~!! T.T (keke.. purposely write that coz i know she will scold me xP)

We played mahjung and gambled at my house.. T.T I lost about RM20+! Sad sad.. We had our dinner at faces~

After that, we visited Khoo Hooi Lay, my secondary choir teacher who is also his friend.

At night, I attended my parents' company dinner! And.. I drink 3 cups of Whiskey and 1 cup of Brandy! But of course it's very very diluted one.. so i didn't fell drunk! haha.. It was my first time drinking u know!

Hey guys, since Chin Fern asked me to elaborate more on how i got this opportunity to travel in Taiwan with Acson ppl (Acson actually, i corrected my previous post already, sorry) and got to go for tv shooting for "Guess" show, let me elaborate now~ haha..

Alright, my parents' company is a dealer for Acson Air-conds, so their company was given this free ladies' trip for one person by Acson. Since my mom just came back from Taiwan few weeks ago, I was given this golden opportunity to skip college and travel in Taiwan~ Thanks mom =)

Then why "Guess" show? This I have to THANK Acson's management. For almost every business trip, we will get surprises~ I went to Tao Zhe's concert in Hong Kong, thanks to Panasonic, and now... Thanks to Acson, "Guess''! They managed to arrange us to watch the live show of "Guess" and join their tv shooting! Thank you so much~

Taiwan Trip - Day 2 (1.12.2008)

Sorry for making u guys waited so long for my Taiwan Trip! Gomeinazai~

On the second day, we went to Jiu Fen in the morning, it was my second time visiting this place! This is a place where u get to climb up a mountain, and on the way up, there are lots and lots of shop, so SHOPPING TIME~

A very special ice cream, the ice cream is wrapped in "muachi" and there are peanuts in it. The peanuts are HANDmade into tiny powder!

Bought Longan and Ginger tea back home, made it few days ago for my family, its nice~

Saw this special thing but we were too full so didn't try it, kinda regret now.. T.T

Oh and FYI, "guess" and "xing guang da dao" are sharing the same studio which is super small! They just change the backdrop for another programme! Coz we saw Xing Guang Da Dao's backdrop there..

Met so many old friends these few days and they couldn't recognize me!

Taiwan Trip - Day 1 (30.11.2008)

It was a sunny morning, and my heart was beating with enthusiasm!
Why? Cause I will be in Taiwan in just few more hours!

Although I have been to Taiwan for a few times as my dad loves Taiwan very much (he studied there b4), this trip is different! I'm travelling alone, as in not with my family! Although I prefer travelling with my family, but who knows? Maybe I might get to experience different things?

I contacted Acson's Manager one day before, confirming that he will be fetching me at 12.30pm, so I went to McD with Lynn and Won, grabbed an Apple Pie. But that Acson guy called me at 12pm, saying that he was already in front of my Apartment! Damn, he told me 12.30 what! And why didn't he call me b4 he reached? In the end i had to rush up to the top floor ("Thanks" to Taylor's, I lived high high up), brought down my heavy luggage bad and bumped into his super RED car with Acson logos.. It was kinda funny, everyone was looking at me, the girl in Boots with a big luggage bag bumping into a super red car with two guys in super red Acson Uniform.. LoL!

As I reached Airport, the first person I saw was Carmen, the girl whom went to Hong Kong with me before! Hurray! A 24-year-old girl! At least I'm not the only young lady~ She said she couldn't recognize me, claiming that I got thinner! (Damn happy! hehe) We chit-chatted and Acson treated us the very first meal in Airport -Burger King before we fly~

And I saw a Malaysian celebrity in the plane! Ling Jian Hui is his Chinese name.. He was seated just a few seats in front of me..

In the plane, all of us from the trip was seperated. I was seated beside a 18-year-old guy from Sarawak.. He was also travelling to Taiwan with his family! Taiwan is a hot spot for travel huh?

I didn't sleep at all for the whole 6-hours journey! Guess I was too excited? hehe..

Immediately after we reached Taiwan, the local guide brought us to Shi Lin Night Market, which is famous of its street food!

Look at the names of food, I don't think my stomach is able to store them all!

Very tired today.. Maybe because of the intensive further math trainings few days ago and further math exam yesterday plus sing k until quite late yesterday.. So I was really really tired.. My eyelids are very very heavy..

What makes it worse is, after college I had Chinese Society meeting some more! sien.. but came out with lotsa fun and challenging ideas for Chinese New Year Event ^^ hope taylorians will like them =)

After that, of course i went home immediately and was planning to sleep.. Then received call from lynn asking me whether to go to BBQ Plaza or not.. since it had been so long since i last ate at bbq plaza, and i will be alone at home if i don go, just went..

After that, bought Panadol and Eclipse for Taiwan trip ^^ And guess what? I bought a pair of black winter tight! hehe.. Can't wait to wear it in Taiwan!

I miss daddy mummy and kokos.. how i wish i can travel in Taiwan with them.. (In does not matter where u r travelling, it is who you are travelling with that matters!)

Haven't seen them for one month already.. Really really miss them.. Why does it seem so long? This one month makes me feel like 1 year...

Cried again when I talked to phone with them just minutes ago.. But I denied that I cried.. Just do not want them to feel worry..

How I wish, how I wish to tavel with them!

Let me tell you something! I'm very very very happy today!!!

Why? Wanna know? really?? okok la tell u.. hehe

1. My exams are finally officially over after my Further Math semester exam.. Although it's damn difficult but don't care la.. over d! yay!

2. I just went to sing k with my best best buddies in college! Really enjoyed singing with them~ Spent great time and celebrated Iee Lee's birthday which is on Saturday~~ Black forest is yummy! (D, still shuo bu chu kou?)

3. I'm going on a Taiwan trip this Sunday! hoHoho.. i saw the itenerary, guess what? I'm going to tv shooting!! wakaka.. going to "Guess" a.k.a "Wo Cai Wo cai Wo cai cai cai"!! So hyper when i knew it kay! gonna take picture with Wu Zong Xian~ WAKAKA.. wonder which star will be invited there on that day?? what should i wear on that day? hehe..

4. I can't wait to go Taiwan~ and I'm also going to Sabah after coming back from Taiwan! hhoho... I'm a lucky girl, thanks to mom and dad and bro ^^

5. I can see mom in not more than 2 weeks! she will be coming down to kl! hoho.. miss my family much~

6. I'm going to college tomorrow and meet my loving friends again..

7. Iee Lee loves the bag we bought for her.. which was chosen by ME!

8. Acson Project Manager is willing to fetch me to the airport this Sunday for the Taiwan trip

South Australian Matriculation course has ended after their very last paper this week. My SAM friends in Taylor's are leaving us soon, moving forward, one step closer to their future career aspiration. And well, I'm kind of.. reluctant to see them leaving us.. We spent so much time together the whole year, it's weird to think of life in Taylor's without them as usual..

and made a video clip of 32 minutes for him as a farewell gift.

I did till 6am today ok..

But it was worth it

in my choir gang having the expressions that I have not seen on them before,

Went back to Penang to give mom a surprise for her birthday..
And yea.. she was really surprise!
I can feel that when she hugged me so so so tightly in the seafood restaurant that night..
She was excited.. She didn't care if everyone was looking at us..
And I'm proud to make her THAT surprise..

Too bad i got ill on the second night.. T_T
Non Stop vomitting plus diarrhea..
Went for clinic the next morning..
The young doctor gave me some medicine..
But they cannot cure my illness, at all..
I continued to vomit whatever i ate...
Vomit until i was really really weak..
Even i only drink water.. I will vomit water..
Can't stand it anymore,
the next day, went to another clinic again..
It was my mom's actual birthday that day..
And guess what's her present?
HER DAUGHTER GOT 5 INJECTIONS...
Was scary T_T
I cried in th clinic..
quite embarassed to cry at this age..
But it was really painful T_T
Then was medicine...
Doctor said i got food poisoning..
Sigh..

Today I'm having my study day.. No exam today.. So can stay at home and do my thinking skills pass year.. But I'm really really bored ok..

When Mummy came back, both of us were really bored until we have nothing better to do but camwhore.. Damn lame i know.. Exam is all about staying home and being bored of studying.. What else can we do if not camwhoring? So, don't blame us.. =P

Both of us decided to walk to Subang parade to have our dinner since Sushi king is having a promotion for sushi king members.. Every plate for only RM2!! Of course we were really excited since we are both Japanese food lovers!! It was raining.. So we walked there with our umbrellas.. Only both of us! Xiang yi wei ming.. (Thanks to Moon Jie and Ze Ying who put us aeroplane.. blek!)
Our whole legs got dirty because of the rain.. :_( We walked so far and reached that subang parade.. And we searched so long for Sushi King... We got in, really really hungry..

AND YOU KNOW WHAT???

The sushi that are on promotion are only sushis on the kaiten belt.. and and and those on the kaiten belt are those sushis that we seldom eat.. those not nice one.. =( No Salmon, No Tuna, No ikura, No octopus :_( We were cheated!! We walked so far but all we got to eat was some weird and not nice sushis.. Felt so disappointed :_(

Don't ever go to Subang Parade's Sushi King! Small, Bad service, bad bad bad! Hmph!!

We were kinda upset and hungry still... And we went off after having few sushis.. We walked and smelt something really really tempting..... WHAT ARE THEY??

One dozen of donuts for 193S please~! Tempting right?

Finally, we got to eat something... Although donuts are really expensive.. A bit sim tia.. But they are our all time favourite! At least they won't cheat us.. Donuts always taste good!

Boo to sushi king! HMPH!

After donuts, I feel really really guilty.. Cham le... Ruin my diet.. Go back have to do sit ups le.. So, mummy and i decided to have a walk before we go home in Subang Parade.. So we went to MPH bookstore to have a walk and read the magazines and books...

Then, we wanted to go home... But, it was raining again!! =( We have no choice but walk to Carrefour to take a cab home.... I don like taxi drivers!

The first taxi driver wanted us to pay for RM7 for just a short journey back to hostel!!!! Crazy one... Of course we rejected that stupid uncle.. Then the next taxi... RM5.. Ok, deal..

BUT BUT BUT.. That uncle refused to fetch us into our hostel, he just dropped us outside, and we must walk quite a distance before we reach our hostel.. Hey please lah Uncle, it was raining ok.. And we are two poor little girls, can't u just do us a little favour? (i thought in my heart but dare not say it out.. haha..) He even scolded us when we begged him to fetch us in! BAD BAD BAD uncle.. HMPH!

So, our legs got wet again.. And the donuts delivery for our housemates made us look a little "lang bei"...

Sad.. Wished I can drive... =(

I was doing my thinking skills pass year for the whole two three days.. Yet, I'm still getting wrong wrong wrong.. Really fed up.. I don't even know why I got wrong.. No one to explain.. So what's the point of doing it? Just let myself feel better i think.. Better than do nothing rite.. That will make me feel guilty!

So, out of boredom when I was doing thinking skills yesterday.. I took some "study kuai girl" pictures of myself.. Don't say I'm vain.. I'm just too bored.. boo.. (I'm zi ai! Blek!)

I am a girl, blessed with lucks and loves..

I am the princess of my house, pampered by my parents and brothers..

I expect a lot from my family, and they always give me a lot...

Maybe because of that, I am always childish when it comes to family matters.. Or I should rather say, I love my family members too much that I will always think a lot when they don't do something I expected them to do..

It was chemistry practical exam today, which is my very first paper for AS exam.. Mom has not call me for 3 days.. And when I called her during weekend, she was always playing mahjung with my family members, which made her kinda busy to listen to my phone call... I am pretty sad about that, and often felt disappointed of that.. But I understand that I should let them play mahjung.. What else could they do? I am away from home and they have nothing better to do.. Isn't it good to let them play mahjung? Much Much better than letting both of my parents doing nothing or being bored right? Their happy angel (I'm saying myself! LoL) is already away from them, studying at a place which needs 4 hours to be reached, I should be happy that they are still filling their time happily!

However, I really missed them.. I called mom again yesterday.. I told her that I'm having my first paper of exam today.. Well honestly, I'm a good girl. And I know that I am one. And I know that they know that I am one. And of course, I know that they don need to worry about me for my studies because I am pretty independent.. I will always give stress to myself (eustress of course) which make them don need to worry about me.. But, sometimes, I just hope that they worry more about me.. As in, I don hope that they are worried about me because I'm naughty or what.. I hope that they care about me even if I m too kuai to be cared of.. I just wan them to show their concern more.. My mom didn't know that my exam was today.. So i told her, and i insisted that she call me to wish me luck this morning before my exam as she will always do so whenever I'm sitting for an exam in Penang last time..

So, I expected a phone call before my practical.. I really really really expected.. I didn't expect her to forget.. I didn't expect her to forget what her only daughter asked her to do.. I didn't expect her to forget to wish me.. It was just a simple GOOD LUCK that I wanted from her..

She disappointed me..

I think my practical was ok compared to others who couldn't finish, which I felt quite lucky.. But I was kind of bad luck today... I dropped my calculator twice today.. I spilled my solution for my practical onto my examination paper.. I did everything in a rush.. I wrote things in rush (hope that my examiner can understand!).. Basically, I'm just not in the mood.. :-(

I called her after my exam.. She told me she forgotten.. I told her that her wish means a lot to me.. She told me she was busy.. I knew she was.. And I felt sorry for her.. I know she still love me.. But I am just scared that I'm forgotten by her..

I don't want to be forgotten.. :-(

Woke up at 9.30 am today! Sounds late? No No No..

i know.. i know.. it was really late.. i mean "early"... in the morning.. shouldn't be late.. lol..

Dunno why.. I dun have the mood to sleep yesterday.. my eyes were so BIG @.@ not feel like sleeping..

hmmm.. Am I nervous? As in, AS is going to be tomorrow!.. Of course I should be nervous! But well, I found out that I'm not really nervous.. I normally won't online one week before exam.. But AS is tomorrow and i'm still writting my blog here.. Obviously I'm not nervous..

I guess I've learnt to handle this evil maniac (nervous) well after years and years of experience.. Thanks to the MOE.. haha..

So, yea.. I woke up... And woke doggie up.. and studied for one whole day... Did few pass year papers and was really "pek chek".. Those thinking skills paper.. Difficult larh!! T_T..

And those stupid stupid mosquitoes.. kept biting biting my lovely legs.. Whole legs full of red red mosquitoes bites.. T_T.. very very itchy.. But cannot scratch it.. Only can put some chinese oil on them.. So that they can stay away from me.. STUPID MOSQUITOES!!! Hate u all.. Hmph!

And today's weather was super super heaty.. i was sweating like crazy.. until about 6.30pm, when I was about to go out to play badminton with Lynn Mummy, fur fur rain started to pour.. Yerrrrrrr.. Why like that de.. When i stay at home and wanted to study, U gave me a HOT HOT sun.. when I wanna go outdoor and breath in some fresh air, U pour rain down.. Argh.. HMPH!

But well, we still played badminton for half an hour under the fur fur rain.. There were some guys looking at us from the window.. Really really standing there LOOKING!.. weird.. I bet they must be thinking "crazy girls.. playing badminton under the rain".. but well, I hope they were thinking "WoW cute girls playing badminton.." haha.. but i know it must be the first one.. too bad.. LoL.. (ignore me)

After badminton, I felt not satisfied.. So i ran up and down the staircases.. FOY, we've did that for two three days.. haha.. Told u I'm determined! xD

Taylor's Charity Mooncake Fiesta 19.9.08

The Taylor's Mooncake Fiesta was organised by the TUC Chinese Society.. Kong Hui, ex president asked me to help out so i went back to college at 4pm after a short nap back from college.

As I went there, Hugo pulled me to the "haunted house to be" to help out setting up the haunted house.. we tied the table, covered them with black plastic bags, put some plastic bag in front of the fan to scare ppl, and of course we joked and laughed too..

At about 6pm, Kong Hui told me that my job was to take care of the stall - "Fortune Wheel". Well, honestly it was a bit lame.. Paying two bucks just to spin the wheel.. but of course, u get to win prizes like bear bear! Ahem, don worry, under my "super duper mouth", i convinced a lot of ppl to play my game! hiak hiak hiak! it's for charity la k.. and u get a chance to win a cute bear with just RM2~ how can u get a bear of RM2 outside? u can even make ur gf or sister happy with just RM2 by winning a doll for them!!! wakaka... someone even asked me why don't i take up marketing as my major.. their lecturer would love me so much! hehe *blush*

Of course, it was really fun to take care of that stall also, fooling around with the ppl at the next stall, having fun with the customers by being teased and teasing them back, and most importantly, I get the chance to do something for charity!

Hmm, let me share some incidents during the night (at my stall)! well, i'm too busy at my stall, so i only know what happened at my own stall.. haha..
There were a bunch of good friends playing my game. Although I don't know them, they were really really friendly. There was a Korean who won a bear from me. Then mny of them started playing my game too. There was one column which says "Give Someone A Free Hug". Then one guy who was going to spin asked me "if i spin till this column are u going to let me hug u?" of course i said NO.. and the whole bunch of ppl keep saying YES YES YES.. phew luckily he din spin till that column.. and what happened was, his friend spinned and got that column, and his friend decided to let him hug me.. OF COURSE NO WAY.. so i rather let them get another spin..

Ohya, many of my friends came to my stall too! Jun Hui, Benjamin, Victor, Rueyi..... Ohya, Jun Hui was really lucky! He won two bear bear in only 5 spins! so he gave one to me! haha, thanks daddy~!

There were ppl who were really unlucky too.. Spinned 6,7 times but still spinned into the "NOTHING" column.. very kesian them.. I was so feeling like giving them the gift.. Especially an indian couple.. they were really determined to win one.. but.. sigh.. so sorry.. really feel sad to see ppl getting disappointed..

and that event was really multi-cultural.. There were Korean, Japanese and Chinese from China who came to my stall.. I even spoke Japanese to those Japanese uncles in my broken Japanese.. LoL..

There was another guy whom i met in the plane when i took firefly back to subang from penang.. he claimed that he was whacked in the haunted house.. and his face was really full of blood. But he looked really calm.. but it was really scary.. so much blood.. and his fren claimed that penang ppl always kena whack.. hey.. who said so! i never kena whack and i dun wanna kena whack! >.<

Oh and.. Jym a.k.a Zhuang Jin Yi, an Astro AEC host and also one of the "xin xiu" few years ago also came to sing a few songs.. Too bad I was not chosen by him to play game with him =( Angry! haha.. But he sad "Bye" to me~!!! Awwww.... haha..

Then after screaming for Jym, I went to Haunted House with Ruey-yi's gang and Yow Hong.. Although I helped out to set up the haunted house, I was still really scared.. I screamed like crazy.. I was behind Rueyi and in front of Yow Hong. According to Rueyi, whenever she was scared by something, she would be sure that there would be a loud shriek after 5 seconds.. And according to Yow Hong, whenever he hear a shriek from me, there would be something that might scare him..

After haunted house, rueyi and gang went to yam cha. Almost all of the helpers went back. Yow Hong and me (we super kind) helped out in cleaning up, then I went back to my hostel.

What u guys think about this scarf? it's my housemate's scarf.. i personally think it's quite nice.. so that day, when i went shopping with her, i bought one similar one but it's pink in colour with black lines...

Sorry kawan-kawan.. hehe.. you know why i'm apologizing.. >.<

Well, actually I planned to update my blog immediately after my trials one, but tm net cut our line :_( so, i didn't get to online, and of course can't update my lovely blog too ..

Holidays are always fun, and always full of events..

My holiday this time is full of night outings... haha damn naughty d right? cham..
Well, who affected me to be naughty? of course.. not other ppl, but my college choir members and coach.. we always go yam cha at night, not in subang.. But they always drive us to KL! for? MAMAK and SEMBANG!!!!! We're crazy, aren't we? But we are college students right? college students are meant to do crazy things.. so, who cares? >.< Eh please la.. i'm very kuai already k.. I never go clubbing before.. I swear.. And I don't plan to go clubbing yet. Please lah, u simply go ask a college student! I think most of them go clubbing la.. so c, how KUAI I am!! well, actually i don't really have good impression towards clubbing (sorry to those who loves clubbing, don't kill me in taylor's xP).. Why? Because i cannot stand those smell... especially smoke.. I will feel headache whenever i smell smoke.. and of course.. those alcohol.. i don't like alcohol either.. i prefer "milo ais" and "limau ais".. besides, clubs are really noisy, u can't even hear what ur frens are trying to tell u.. so what's the point of hanging out with ur frens in a club? so of course, MAMAK is a better place! xD Other than that.. We even went all the way to Putrajaya to see the scenery and enjoy the wind at night! crazy huh?!

Besides night outings, I went for some movies with my good friend. Money No Enough and U don't mess up with the Zohan. U know what? We actually watched two movies continuously! Money No Enough followed by You Don't Mess Up With The Zohan! After sobbing like a little baby, we laughed like we met the funniest clown ever.. Money No Enough is a super touching movie while Zohan is super funny.. I don't understand why my friend didn't cry.. Even the big muscular uncle (a stranger whom sat beside me) sobbed until I doubted that he might be a SHE... Lol, but my friend laughed like crazy for Zohan.. He's too happy go lucky... LoL..

Ohya, guess what. One night before the last day of trials, we even planned to go to genting the next day immediately after exam.. 5 of us even packed and were ready to go genting.. mana tau... some one said.. he didn't get to book the room.. ruined our genting mood.. ish ish.. but i have to admit that we're kind of crazy to decide to go to genting like "on the next day". lol..

Of course, Holiday also means Home Sweet Home.. I went back to Penang and had a lot of fun with my family too.. I had the chance to celebrate Mooncake Festival with my family, eat mooncake together and eat yummy food cooked by the super duper great chef! Who? My daddy~!! He cooked Hainam chicken rice and fish head beehoon for us~!! RUINED MY DIET!! ishh.. but once in a while.. Ok Larrr.... haha..

In this holiday, I straightened my hair also~! hehe.. I actually planned to do this years ago.. but my hair was too short. So I decided to wait till it grows longer so that it will be more worth it. Now, my hair is SILKY SMOOTH~!! (Quoted from Zohan) hehe..

And another important thing, I attended the Kursus for Driving Rules. Hey crazy man.. 5 HOURS of boredom.. Bored to death man.. PLUS few hour of hungriness.. The canteen in the driving school only have maggi mee... Yucks.. not for me.. so i rather drink milo only.. but still hungry >.< nvm.. diet..

Holidays always end very very fast.. I'm going back to subang tomorrow.. Sob Sob.. college again.. Sob - Have to study again.. Smile - Can meet my favourite college friends!

The Legacy of Dragon 18.7.08

After months of preparation.... Finally, the day has arrived....

Months ago, Taylor's University College Chinese Society recruited a bunch of young and enthusiastic Junior Executive Committee. The BOD of Chinese Society organized a competition among the JEC, each group of JEC were required to write a proposal on an event that they would like to carry out one day in 2008.

The BOD seperated the JEC into 4 groups. That was when I was grouped with Wai Kit, Yi Chia and Samantha. We wrote a proposal on a day camp with station games for the members of Chinese Society in Taylor's. We won the competition, with double feelings.. Happy because our hardwork preparing the proposal was worth it! Sad or rather worried, because WE HAD TO CORRECT THE PROPOSAL AND CARRY OUT THE WHOLE EVENT!!!

Omg... Omg... Omg... We just joined Chinese Society and we had to organize an event???

Ok calm down calm down.. everything would be just fine.. We said to ourselves...

Months have passed... We had meetings, election, discussions, promotions, publications..... We searched for sponsorships, walked in from one shop to another, called for one company to another... The event expanded bigger and bigger. . . . . . .

Now, it's not a Taylor's Chinese Society Event anymore.. It is an INTER-COLLEGE DAY CAMP!
We even invited people from other universities, colleges, clubs and individuals from Taylor's! We had promotion booth during break time in college, we gave out flyers, pasted posters everywhere, sent emails to everyone...

WoW... Kinda exhausted... As the secretary, of course I'm not as busy as the president and vice, but I had to help out in sponsorship and marketting department due to the shortage of manpower...

And finally, here comes the big big day...

I was the Master of Ceremony!

We kicked off the day with our very own opening ceromony, speech by OCP, introducing people from other colleges and universities (APIT University, Inti College, Sunway College)... Then the ice breaking session. The ice breaking game was my idea! I got this idea from my PKTR camp! Thanks to PKTR =) When I was emcee-ing, i also used a joke from Mr. Harith during PKTR. Thanks again PKTR! haha..

Then, here goes our Station games! My eyes started feeling painful before the whole day camp even started. I "tahan" until the ice breaking and briefing on station games finish, and rushed into the toilet to remove my contact lens. I tried hard to put it back but i failed to do so.. My eyes turned red and itchy. I couldn't do anything but threw away my monthly use contact lens after wearing it for 2 weeks only. Kinda wasted but I cherish my eyes more than the pair of contact lenses!

Alright back to the station games.. Something really really really bad happened to me. I was the most innocent girl in the whole incident. I couldn't post it up here.. It's just something that i do not want to remember.. I hope that stupid guy will get punishment and regret.... STUPID!! Ish.. Ish.. Ishhhhhhhhh....... =(

Alright, after that stupid incident, i still had to continue hosting, acting professional as if nothing happened. I still had to put on a smile on my face and host the next program.

After dinner, there were another competition, creativity competition, which requires every group to design a blank white shirt.. Then it was prize giving and punishment. The worst group and the best group had to put their hand into a box of SOMETHING and guess what were inside the box... What inside? u really wanna know???? WORMS, MOVING WORMS!

Well, except for that stupid incident, everything was quite well. There was one girl who seems very serious usually suddenly came to me and said, "Good job being an emcee, u did well making the environment high~" This really cheered me up! Thanks a lot, girl! Sometimes, a simple sentence can make ppl feel a lot better even if many miserable things happened. I really feel satisfied and relieved for not disappointing everyone being an emcee =)

After the whole event, the president of Chinese Society wanted to treat us supper to celebrate the success of the event. That was when another miserable incident happened which i don't wanna mention here also.

The day camp was a success overall. Just that many things happened to me. And i found out something weird about myself. I really don't know how to react when something serious or scary happens to me. I will just stun there as if nothing has happened. Am I DUMB? Am I STUPID?

Maybe...

Bon Odori in Shah Alam (12.7.2008)

Taylor's University College Anime Society organized a trip to Bon Odori in Shah Alam. Since our good friend, Xin Ning a.k.a Baby who is from Anime Society asked us to join, Danny, Jun Hui, Thaddeus and I joined her. Yi Won and Yee Lyn also joined us. All we need to do is pay RM6 and they'll provide trasport for us to and fro the Matsushita Stadium which is known as the Panasonice Sport Centre now.

WHAT IS BON ODORI?

It is the Hunry Ghost Festival orginated from Japan as a respect for the late..

The Bon Odori is held in the Panasonice Sports Centre this year. I have no idea how the stadium look like but i know it's in Shah Alam.

At about 4.30pm, we departed from Taylor's and reached at about 5pm.

WoW! We saw many ppl especially Japanese in Yukata!

See? Japanese Kiddos... Cute!! Kawaii neh!

Takoyaki!!! Octopus Balls!! My favourite food when i went to Japan! Aww.. This reminds me a lot about my youth exchange programme and my papa n mama there.. (Hiraki Papa, Mama, ogenki desuka?)

Oh Yeah... the secret brown sauce plus limes, chilli padi and garlic.... The best sauce i've ever tried.. Definitely makes u go "YUMMMMMMMMY!!"

I've been there for many times with my housemates previously.. All of us LOVE Bar B Q Plaza..

Last Friday, after college, my classmates and I went to Sunway to Sing K as I have coupons and i brought them to Bar B Q Plaza for dinner!!!

Then, we watched Hell Boy!!! Nice Nice Nice! But a bit scary coz got many geli geli creatures.. But the movie was very exciting!

Then, Danny dropped us back to our hostel.. With my super full stomach..

Round Malaysia Trip during College Holiday~

Semester 1 of A Levels has finally came to an end after the very tiring semester exam. And what's next? SEMESTER BREAK!!!! Wohhoo.. Of course we have to reward ourselves with something fun after studying and torturing ourselves for so long! So.... We, the five sampat best friends in PE2, decided to travel around Malaysia by going to everyone's hometown as all of us are from different places!

Hmmm.. Let me introduce to all of u, the five best friends in PE2..

Our daddy.. Jun Hui from Ipoh! (damn got daddy's gaya right? lol)
We actually wanted to give him two wives.. but he don wan.. so we all don have mom.. haih..
I can say he is the most matured guy among us.. Was quite quiet initially but now... tercemar already.. wakaka..

Our Big Sis, Iee Lee from Teluk Intan! A very kind and helpful girl~ Always sit beside me in class! hehe..

Dai Lou, Danny from Rawang! Funny, Lame, Sasa one.... lol.. His favourite words to scold ppl are Seafood, Sampat....

Ah Lui, Choong Ai from Penang! LoL that's me haha.. i can say i'm the noisiest la.. lol.. and always kena bully PHYSICALLY by them.. sob sob...

Baby, Xin Ning from Johor! A very intelligent girl with double personalities... Serious in college but outside college? She is a super MANJA and NOISY and FAN baby!! haha..

Ok finished with the introduction. So, we went to everyone's hometown except Xin Ning's.. Coz it's JOHOR! Far Far to the South.. So, we decided to go there next time, maybe in September or December during our holidays.. Then can go sun bian Singapore some more! Hiak Hiak Hiak..

Ok now.. Let's start with our trip in June..

16.6.2008 The first day - RAWANG
In the morning, Danny came to fetch Xin Ning, Jun Hui and my luggage from My Place Apartment.. Why was i not following them? Well, the oh-so-goodgirl me decided to attend the Actuarial Science Society's meeting. What a STUPID decision! I caused the others to have no mood to go to the fountain and I met with an accident. I got my foot ran over by a stupid car when i was trying to cross the road to ADP building to attend the stupid boring pointless meeting.. Surprisingly, I didn't scream but stunned there for several seconds and continued walking as the car didn't even bother to stop. Two girls who were near me saw the whole incident and looked at me shockly when i still managed to walk. I didn't even cry! I'm really proud of myself being so brave and tough! haha..

So, after the stupid meeting, I went to Rawang by KTM and Danny fetched me from Rawang's KTM station. I went to his house and Jun Hui and Xin Ning were already there, one watching TV and one reading comic. I ate the Wan Tan Mee they dapau-ed for me when I was in the meeting.
After about 2 hours when I was still really so full as a result of the super big portion Wan Tan Mee, Danny's mom decided to bring us to Rawang's famous DRY BAH KUT TEH! We met Danny's brother there who really looks like him both physically and mentally.. I should say, His bro is more lame than he is.. LoL...

After dinner, we went back to Danny's house to rest for a while.. Then, we exercised! HAHA.. We played table tennis and hoola hoop... After that, shower time! I ended up drying myself with tissue paper coz my old clothes were really smelly as a result of the sweat produced during the sports.. Well, of coz everyone laughed and laughed and laughed at me as if it was the BEST JOKE OF THE YEAR.. *Paiseh nia* lol..

After showering, we went to McD for supper. It was Euro Season so McD has quite a number of customers there.. We shared some of our secrets and talked talked talked............

17.6.2008 Second Day - TELUK INTAN
Second day, we went to the bus station early morning and thanks to Danny's Mom, treating each of us a packet of really tasty nasi lemak..

As we reached Teluk Intan, the Teluk Intan girl, Iee Lee came to fetch us. (She didn't join us in Rawang because she wanna support her old school band.. Loyal right? LoL) So she brought us to this restaurant with special drinks..

After that, of we went to the leaning tower of Teluk Intan.

18.6.2008 Third Day - IPOH

Jun Hui's mom fetched us after we reached there by bus. We went to his house and were already too tired..

So, we straight away jumped into his bed and lie down there... Doing some lame stuffs...

As for lunch, his parents treated us in Ipoh Swimming Club. The guava juice there was really nice!

After lunch, we decided to go to Ipoh Parade which is opposite Jun Hui's secondary school.

We came back from Ipoh Parade, and slept like pigs as we were too tired.. As we woke up, we played basketball in Jun Hui's garden.. As we were playing, he came back with his new hairstyle!

TADA! Shorter ler... Not much difference though.. Haha.. Xin Ning didn't even realise that he cut his hair..

Before bed, we ate snacks and drink Champaign..

19.6.2008 Forth Day - PENANG
Early in the morning, we woke up and fooled around while waiting for jun hui's parents for breakfast........

We had dim sum for breakfast! Yum Yum!!

After breakfast, off we went to Penang! My hometown!!! Home Sweet Home!! hehe.. As we reached, my dad brought us to a shop to buy stuffs for Barbeque later.. Then we went to lunch in Xiao Shi Guan with my parents.. After lunch, we walked to Gurney Plaza from my house to buy some snacks, marshmallows, champaign for our BBQ later.

Then, off we went to Baqbeque at Tanjung Bungah Beach there!!

We played water at first and all our wet photos are in Danny's camera.. So, have a look at other pictures first la..

20.6.2008 Fifth Day - PENANG
We woke up at 4.30am this morning! 4.30AM!!!!! I woke everyone up u know! haha.. why so early? u'll know it later...

Wearing the striking orange t-shirts my mom gave everyone, we still looked so blurry and sleepy... Where did we go? PENANG HILL! For what??.... tell u later la... haha..

Then we went to drink coconut juice and went home to savour my dad's homecook Hainam Chiken Rice! Best kay~!!

Iee Lee went back to Teluk Intan by bus.. To support her band again..

Then, the remaining four went to Karaoke in Redbox, Gurney Plaza.. Met so many old friends there..

As it was Danny's birthday two days after, we decided to give him a surprise. The toilet excuse was used again and Xin Ning and I went to buy a cake for our birthday boy..

We, Taylor's University College Chinese Society was invited by Malaya University to join them in the roadshow for National University Debate Competition for a friendly match with TAR College. It's the roadshow in Pahang.. To let more ppl know about this debate competition

For the first match in Raub, Tar College was agreeing to the topic while Taylor's College was against the topic.

After the our first match, we went to Kuantan by bus. We stayed at Xing Jun's house as she is from Kuantan.. She even has Karaoke set in her house.. how nice.. We sang K until very late only we wanna discuss our debate things.. lol..

This time we decided to change our position.. I'm the last debater this time.. the one who concludes everything at the end! hehe.. I love this position more as I used to be in this position when I was in secondary school.. (the red shirt guy is Jessie's bf!)

Pat, Ahmad and Daniel were leaving us soon to further their studies in other countries.. So, we, the PKTRians had gathering again for their farewell..

We saw this Batman competition for kids.. Lol they were really cute!

After everyone reached, we went to Yogur Berry~! Such pinkish and romantic place.. But all the boys dare not step in.. lol.. Really funny looking at their "OH i'm not gonna step into this pinkish girlish shop" look.. LOL

So the guys decided to sit at the corner where nobody could see them..
